One-week free trial · One Site & BrickworkFor new clients: one free trial per business on one site, choosing either One Site or Brickwork. The agreed trial covers one Monday–Saturday reporting week, with one PDF report delivered Sunday before 6:00 pm, daily information and photographs organised, an actions tracker, a client update and one consolidated factual revision. Brickwork also includes the agreed photo checklist and one updated evidence pack, within the allowance of 25 supplied photographs per site per day and 10 active plots or agreed work areas. Your site contact supplies timely updates and photographs. RAMS drafts, monthly recaps and separately quoted services are excluded during the trial. Availability, dates, scope and sharing arrangements are confirmed before starting. No payment is required and there is no automatic paid renewal. You keep the trial report and evidence pack. If you choose to continue, the monthly subscription is £499 for One Site or from £699 per site for Brickwork, with payment and start date agreed in writing.
Daily informationSite updates should ideally be submitted by 6:00 pm each working day, Monday to Saturday. A maximum of 25 supplied photographs per site per day is included in all packages and free trials. Higher volumes require a separately agreed written scope and price before additional work begins.
Monthly payment, weekly reportingYour fixed monthly subscription covers one progress report per site every week, whether the month has four or five Sundays. Reports are issued each Sunday before 6:00 pm, provided the required information has been received on time.
Client updates and action trackingEvery package includes a weekly outstanding actions and decisions tracker and a short client update for you to review and forward. Owners and dates are recorded where confirmed; open items are carried forward.
Meeting minutes from recordingsEvery paid package includes meeting minutes and action lists prepared from meeting voice recordings you supply. Provide a clear recording and identify the meeting date and participants. Unclear decisions or action owners are flagged for your confirmation. Meeting attendance is agreed separately.
Monthly progress recapTwo Sites and Three Sites include one monthly recap across your covered sites, drawn from the weekly reports. The recap summarises progress, key evidence, outstanding items and next priorities.
Included revisionEach report includes one consolidated round of reasonable factual amendments. Further revisions or substantial rewrites are quoted separately.
RAMS scope and turnaroundOne RAMS package means one risk assessment and method statement for one agreed standard activity at one site. Allow two working days after complete information is received, subject to availability confirmed at booking. One consolidated amendment is included. Specialist or higher-risk activities are quoted separately.
Review and approvalYour nominated contact reviews reports and requests any factual amendments. Reports awaiting approval for wider circulation remain marked as drafts. The contractor checks, approves, briefs and implements every RAMS before work begins.
Calendar-month RAMS allowanceIncluded RAMS allowances apply per calendar month, regardless of the number of weeks or Sundays. Unused RAMS allowances do not roll over unless agreed in writing. Late information may be carried into the next reporting period where verification is no longer practical.
Subscription and paymentRolling monthly subscription, paid in advance, with no multi-month minimum. Cancel by email before your next renewal; service continues to the end of the paid period.
Starting and invoicingYour start date and monthly renewal date are agreed at setup. Any partial period before the first full month is priced in writing. Your written agreement confirms the total payable, including any applicable VAT, before you commit.
Shared files and confidentialityYou receive access to a dedicated shared folder for your reports and evidence. Authorised recipients, access permissions and retention arrangements are agreed before information is collected.
