Less admin.
Better records.

Support is shaped around the information already coming from your sites. The aim is simple: fewer loose WhatsApp messages, clearer records and less management time spent chasing paperwork.

01

Weekly site reports

Included: one PDF report per site every week, covering progress, labour, photographs, deliveries, quality, safety, delays and the look ahead, with an outstanding actions and decisions tracker showing owners, target dates and status where confirmed. Unresolved actions are carried forward. You also receive a short client update ready to review and forward.

02

Daily records

Included: daily updates and photos filed by date and work area to support your weekly report. A separately issued daily-diary document is not included.

03

Trackers & registers

Optional: standalone delay, variation, drawing and RFI registers, with setup and ongoing updates scoped separately. An outstanding actions and decisions tracker is included with every package.

04

RAMS document support

Included up to your calendar-month allowance: a standard activity-specific RAMS draft based on your scope, sequence, plant and controls. Specialist work is quoted separately.

05

Meeting records

Included with every package: meeting minutes and action lists prepared from voice recordings you supply. Meeting attendance is agreed separately.

06

Delay evidence packs

Optional: a chronology with photographs and supporting records for management review. Scope and price are agreed before preparation.

Who this is for

Built for contractors.
Ready for growth.

Practical reporting support for small to mid-sized contractors and subcontractors who want stronger site records without hiring a full-time administrator. Especially useful when you manage several projects, spend evenings catching up on paperwork or need clearer updates for clients and main contractors.

Build client confidence

Give clients and main contractors a clear account of progress, issues and next steps. Consistent, professional updates help demonstrate how you manage your work and support stronger working relationships and repeat business.

Keep evidence when it matters

Retain dated photographs, reported instructions, deliveries and constraints while events are fresh. A traceable record helps your team explain what happened and supports discussions about changes, delays and payment.

Spot problems and follow through

Bring outstanding decisions, material needs and reported quality issues into one weekly view. Clear action owners and target dates help your team follow up earlier and reduce the chance of unresolved issues becoming expensive surprises.

Grow with consistent records

Use the same reporting structure across each site so management can review projects more easily. Over time, the records help you recognise recurring problems, improve planning and present relevant delivery evidence when pursuing future work.

Your team sends the site information. I organise it, clarify gaps and turn it into records you can use—giving you more time to focus on delivering the work and developing your business.

Practical experience.
Personal support.

I’ve worked hands-on in construction, from labouring and practical site work to site supervision and administration with Rosguill Developments. My experience includes the completed Hornsey Police Station redevelopment and the ongoing 42-home development at 565 Kingston Road.

My day-to-day work brings together site diaries, progress photographs, inductions, permits, toolbox talks, quality records and client meeting actions. I know how quickly useful information can get lost when the team is focused on getting the work done.

I hold an NVQ Level 4 in Construction Site Supervision and a CSCS Gold card. I bring that site experience to your reporting: turning the updates you send into clear progress reports, organised evidence and practical action records.

You work directly with me. My aim is to take pressure off your team, ask questions where information is unclear and give you records you can confidently use in client and management discussions.

What you send us.

Send daily site photos and a short written update or voice note. Include who was on site, what was delivered, and any delays or inspections.

Allow around 10 minutes per site, per dayAn estimate, depending on site activity. Take photos during your normal rounds, then send a short update or a voice note of up to four minutes in English or Albanian.
01
Ideally by 6:00 pm · Monday—Saturday

A short site update

A written message or brief voice note confirming labour by trade, what was planned, what was completed and the building, floor or area involved. Confirm whether the headcount covers your own team or the whole site; this is agreed at setup. Add quantities only where they are readily available.

02
During normal site rounds

Clear progress photographs

Up to 25 supplied photographs per site per day, using useful wide and close-up views showing the location, progress and any important work before it is covered. Identify the date and building, floor or area; add a short caption where the activity is not obvious.

03
Same day, when relevant

Anything important or unusual

Tell me about major deliveries, plant arrivals, collections and off-hires, delays, instructions, inspections, significant visitors or meetings, and safety or quality issues. Include the effect, any known duration, response and outcome where available. Mention weather only where it affected the work. For actions, include the responsible person, target date and current status if known. If nothing unusual happened, no extra explanation is needed.

04
By 6:00 pm Saturday

A brief look ahead

What is planned for the following week, the expected labour and any materials, access, information, approvals or decisions needed to keep the work moving. Confirm next week’s plan on Saturday rather than relying only on daily “tomorrow” updates.

That is all the site team needs to provide

I organise, cross-check and convert the information into the finished report. If an important detail is unclear, I raise one focused query rather than sending a long form back to site.

What we do with it.

We organise the photos and updates into clear site records, then produce a weekly progress report with key works, reported safety and quality matters, issues, actions and photographic evidence. The report records information supplied by your team; it is not a site inspection.

1

I collect and structure the records

Send your updates by WhatsApp or email using the channel agreed at setup. I organise the original photos, messages and documents by site, date and work area.

2

I cross-check and clarify

I check the updates against the evidence supplied and ask about missing or conflicting details. Unconfirmed information is identified clearly; quantities and causes of delay are never guessed.

3

I report, review and maintain

You receive a checked PDF report by email each Sunday before 6:00 pm, with access to your shared evidence folder. Your nominated contact reviews it and can request one consolidated factual revision. Where approval is required before wider circulation, the Sunday delivery is a draft for your review.
